This page explains how information is used for Heather's Wiffy fundraiser.

What is recorded

When you submit an order, the site stores the name and email you provide, chosen scents, quantities, tax-included order total, order reference, and the date of your order. You do not need an account or password.

Who can see it

The fundraiser organizer can see all orders and download the list. The organizer will provide the details needed to Heather to distribute the Wiffys. Other supporters cannot search or view your order or contact details on this site.

Confirmation emails

The site is designed to use Resend to deliver your order confirmation and an order notification to the organizer. Your contact details and order information are included in those emails. Email delivery must be configured before ordering can open. An order confirmation is not a payment receipt.

Protecting order records

The organizer dashboard requires secure sign-in. Public order lookup is not available. Basic submission limits help reduce unwanted or repeated orders. Your selected scents and quantities may be kept in your browser during checkout; your name and email are not saved in browser storage.

Payments and distribution

This site records orders and does not collect online payments. The organizer combines the fundraiser orders and delivers them to Heather for distribution. For payment, changes to an order, or questions about your information, contact the fundraiser organizer through your existing fundraiser communication.
